Setup time varies depending on the size and complexity of your design. On average, we require a minimum of 1 hour before guests arrive. Larger setups may require additional time.
Absolutely! Every setup is customisable to match your theme, colour palette, and vision. If you require a custom backdrop build or fabrication, please allow additional lead time.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.
We have a minimum spend of $590 + GST, which includes delivery and setup. Final pricing depends on the design, styling and items selected.
Yes! All balloons are yours to keep after the event. If you’d prefer not to take them home, we’ll happily pop them and handle the cleanup for you.
